We had a great time at the hotel. The staff was extremely kind and the room was beautiful. It had climate control and a seating area. The garden view was fantastic. The location was very convenient, with easy access to Chetumal International airport, only about a 30-minute drive away.

location: the hotel was not far from the restaurant, bacalar lagoon, and the outskirts of bacalar. moreover, there was a lake within 0 mins walk from the venue. the room was tastefully decorated, big and the bed was nice.

Well, Wi-Fi was bad.
